Get Back in Your Best Shape with Water-Assisted Liposuction by Dr Sandip Jain

A local anaesthetic with sedation is typically used during the procedure. In some cases, a general anaesthetic may be used. To begin, Dr Sandip Jain will make a small incision at the treatment site. In water assisted liposuction, he’ll use a device which sprays a stream of water at fat deposits, dislodging them before they are extracted with a thin cannula (tube) that is attached to a suction tool. After fat removal, the surgeon will close the incision with sutures and apply a surgical dressing.
